Yes, all my coaching including nutrition has a 12-week minimum commitment. Changes take time.

12-week minimum commitment with a 30-day cancellation notice. The notice time will be used to tailor a plan for you for the rest of that month.

Absolutely, this is very common among my athletes where we use an all-year round approach for nutrition coaching covering the off season as well as the event season.
NOTE: Everybody has the same 12-Week commitment policy at the beginning of their journey with me.
After those 12-weeks the coaching service moves to a month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice as stated under my cancellation policy.
